Tender: Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study of DWSs — PHE Division Karak-I

Public Health Engineering Division Karak-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites proposals for hiring consultancy services to prepare feasibility studies for proposed drinking water schemes (DWSs) in District Karak under ADP No. 1043/150189 (Provision for Research Studies / Consultancies / Surveys / Detailed Design / Feasibility Studies).

Eligibility: Consultants registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) bearing relevant PEC codes, registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and meeting the requirements in the RFP are eligible to apply.

How to obtain documents: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be downloaded through the EPADS (file uploading system) and/or the KP-PPRA / relevant portals as indicated in the RFP.

Submission procedure: Technical and Financial Proposals shall be prepared per the RFP and submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Financial proposals of consultants declared unqualified in the technical evaluation will not be opened.

Pre-bid meeting & queries: A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Peshawar (Plot No. 40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar). Clarifications and queries may be submitted via EPADS or obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Karak-I.

Important notes: Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The Procuring Entity / Procuring Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals by assigning cogent reasons.
