Karak Tender Notice for Pipes, Pumps, Lubricants and Well Inspection Equipment 2026–27

A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, reputable firms, stockists and general order suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone numbers. Supplies are required on an FOR Karak basis under Case Nos. 01, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07/2026–27.

Detailed specifications and quantities for each case are available in the tender documents. Documents may be obtained from the Incharge Procurement on working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, against a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 1,000 per case. Documents may also be requested by mail through a demand draft or bank draft in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1, Karak, payable only at NBP, HBL or UBL branches in Karak.

Each bid must include earnest money equal to 2% of the quoted price, submitted as a demand draft or bank draft in the name of Head LAO. Tenders without earnest money will be rejected. The envelope must be clearly marked “Quotation for” followed by the relevant supply description.

Tenders will be received up to 2:00 p.m. and opened at 2:30 p.m. on the respective dates above. Late quotations will not be entertained. The organization may recommend or cancel bids upon the evaluation committee's report. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
