Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms, joint ventures or consortiums to prequalify and engage a Concessionaire for the Construction and operation of a City-wide Resource Recovery Project at Shamsabad Landfill Site, Peshawar under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework on a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
