Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for the long-term lease (public–private partnership) of Pakistan Railways prime land available at Mardan Station Yard on a long-term lease model. Bids are invited under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure against Reserved Price/Benchmarks on One-Time (non-refundable) Premium/Commitment Fee and Gross Revenue Share. The proposed development use is mix-use commercial, with a lease period of 33 years (extendable for another 33 years). Building construction to follow local construction bye-laws.

Bid submission deadline: on or before 2026-09-03 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.

How to submit: Sealed bids (bidder details marked on top right corner of sealed envelope) should be submitted to REDAMCO Head Office by the submission deadline. Bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Draft in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd must be attached with the Technical Proposal. Bidders must offer their bid on the Commitment Fee and Revenue Share basis. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended).
