Key Conditions:
- Tender documents obtainable from the issuing office on written request with bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per package.
- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.
- Tenders received after the specified opening time will not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from opening date.
- Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
- Original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening.
