Open Tender Notice 52-58/2026 — Supply of Chemicals, Lab & Testing Equipment (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited on FOR Islamabad basis from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone/fax facilities. Tender documents, terms and specifications are available from the issuing office on request and submission of the prescribed tender fee by bank draft/pay order.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the undersigned upon written request on company letterhead together with the bank draft/pay order of the prescribed tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. Cash payment is not accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that have failed to supply stores against past orders.

- Postal delays are the responsibility of the tenderer. Envelopes must be super-scribed with tender number and due date. Late tenders will not be entertained.

- Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders with shorter validity will not be accepted.

- Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against request and bank draft via post/fax/email. The original bank draft must be received by the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
