Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-Owned Enterprise), invites sealed bids under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure for a long-term lease (Public-Private Partnership) of prime Pakistan Railways land at Mardan Station Yard on a long term lease model.

Key terms:

• Period of lease: 33 years (extendable for another term of 33 years).
• Building construction: As per local construction bye-laws.
• Bidding procedure: In accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended to date).
• Bid security: To be submitted in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd with the Technical Proposal.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-18 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance also via Zoom).
• Submission of bids (closing): On or before 2026-09-03 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
