Municipal Committee Hafizabad Tender: Arrangements for Eid Milad-un-Nabi Celebration (Single Stage Single Envelope)

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee, Hafizabad. Invitation to e-Bids from eligible and financially sound firms/contractors/companies registered with relevant tax departments and on the Punjab e-Procurement system for the procurement of services for public event arrangements.

How to apply: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-Procurement). Bidders/contractors are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and follow the online submission procedure. Bid security must be paid through the online banking facility on the Punjab e-Procurement System prior to uploading the bid.

• Bidders should attach an affidavit if they have been blacklisted in PPRA or are currently in litigation (if applicable).
• The procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement system; lowest rates will be accepted through e-Procurement after obtaining approval from competent authority.
• The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee as per PPRA rules (call deposit or bank guarantee) which will be released after successful completion of the project.
• Quoted rates must be legible and final; incomplete, ambiguous, or un-tendered bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
