Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites e-bids from registered engineering firms/contractors for the following road rehabilitation/improvement schemes under PPRA e-Tendering system and LGW Rules 2017. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with Punjab procurement systems as applicable. Bid documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA websites.
Key instructions:
- Bidders must attach/upload earnest money in the form of CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favour of Office, District Council, Toba Tek Singh.
- Bids should be submitted online through the E-Bid (E-PAD / Punjab e-Procurement) system using the single-stage single-envelope procedure.
- Bid submission deadline and opening: see dates below. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Bid documents, detailed terms & conditions and bidding procedure are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject any bid as per PPRA Rules.
