District Council Toba Tek Singh Tender: Rehabilitation & Improvement Works (E-Bids due 2026-01-28)

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh (Joint Authority). The District Council invites e-bids for multiple improvement/rehabilitation works under the e-procurement / E-Bids system in accordance with relevant PPRA and LGW Rules.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements:

- Contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes.

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (E-Proc) portal and follow the portal procedures. Bid documents are available online on the E-Proc system and PPRA website.

Bid Security / Earnest Money:

- Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh. Original CDR(s) must be submitted as required by the e-procurement procedure.

Submission & Opening:

- Complete E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement system as per the schedule below. Bidders should ensure compliance with all online submission requirements and upload required documents on the portal.

- E-Bid Submission Date & Time: 2026-01-28 at 11:00 AM.

- E-Bid Opening Date & Time: 2026-01-28 at 02:00 PM.

- Procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject bids under PPRA rules. False information or incomplete documentation may lead to disqualification. Additional performance security or recoveries (if applicable) will be applied as per rules.
