DGSE Islamabad Prequalification Notice – Centre of Excellence for Autism (H-8/4)

Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad invites prequalification applications from well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms (as applicable) and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP project "Centre of Excellence for Autism" at H-8/4, Islamabad.

Submission deadline: Applications must be submitted manually on or before 19 August 2026 at 02:00 PM. Applications will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Firms may apply for one or more lots; a separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required for each lot applied for.
• Original bid security instrument must reach the office of the undersigned on or before the closing date and time; applications received without original bid security will not be entertained.
• Complete prequalification documents, including detailed requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot, are available on the Ministry website (www.mofep.gov.pk), the PPRA website and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
• Procurement will be conducted under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason or incurring liability.
