DGSE Islamabad Prequalification Notice — Suppliers & Service Providers for Centre of Excellence for Autism

Issuer: Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. Purpose: Prequalification of firms, suppliers and service providers for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP project “Centre of Excellence for Autism at H-8/4, Islamabad.” Eligible applicants must be well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors or service providers duly registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities as applicable.

Bid security: A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) is required for each lot applied for, in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original bid security instrument must reach the office before the closing date and time.

How to apply: Prequalification documents and criteria are available on the Ministry of Federal Education website and can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Applications must be submitted manually to the address below. Late or incomplete applications and applications without original bid security will not be entertained.

Submission & opening: Applications shall be submitted on or before 2016-08-19 at 02:00 p.m.; they will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.

Other conditions: Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 without assigning any reason or incurring any liability.
