UET Lahore Tender: Procurement of Student Chairs & Solar Inverter Batteries – Bid Deadline 2026-08-17

Issuer: University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore, Building & Works Department. Single-stage, two-envelope e-tenders invited through PPRA-Punjab E-Tendering System for supply works as detailed below. Registered firms, authorized dealers, suppliers and distributors may participate per PPRA rules.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Firms must be registered on the PPRA-Punjab eProcurement portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk / http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Download bidding documents from the PPRA/eProcurement website.

- Earnest money: Upload CDR equal to 2% of the estimated cost on the e-tender website before closing time; the original CDR (on firm letterhead) must be submitted to the Project Director, Building & Works Department, UET Lahore main campus on or before the tender opening date and before closing time, otherwise the bid will be declared disqualified.

- Submission / Opening: Bidders shall attend the office of the Project Director, Building & Works Department, UET Lahore Main Campus on 2026-08-17 (Monday) before 09:30 AM to submit original CDR. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor's Office by the Central Procurement Cell in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- No amendments/cutting in bids will be accepted; no tender accepted without earnest money. Selected firm must submit 5% performance guarantee. Applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.

- Non-compliance or submission of false information may lead to blacklisting by regulatory bodies (PPRA, FBR etc.). Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 35. All PPRA Rules 2014 (amended & updated) apply.
