MEPCO Invitation to E-Bids 2.0 (NCB) – Relays, Earthing Material & Tower Components – Closing 2026-08-20

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids (E-Bids 2.0 / NCB) from eligible bidders for supply of relays, earthing material and tower components/accessories. Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security, validity and other conditions are as specified in the bidding documents.

Important notes:

• All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 before the prescribed closing times; manual bids will be rejected.
• Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an acceptable form for the amount shown against each tender in the bidding documents/notice.
• Tender documents, detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, submission procedure, bid validity, evaluation criteria and bid security details are available on the EPADS 2.0 portal for registered bidders; the advertisement and documents are also available on MEPCO and PPRA websites.
• Tender validity and bid security conditions are as stated in the bidding documents; tenders shall remain valid for 120 days after opening.
