Tender: Medicines & Surgical Disposable Items — THQ Hospital Jahanian (Punjab)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jahanian invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from registered suppliers/manufacturers/traders for supply of medicines and surgical disposable items under a framework contract for FY 2026-27.

Key conditions: bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), hold a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall follow Rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014 (single-stage, two-envelope procedure). A scanned Bid Security of 2% of estimated cost must accompany the electronic bid; the original bid security instrument (CDR/Pay Order) must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent before close of office hours one day prior to bid submission. Late bids will be rejected.
