Tender: E-Bids for Independence Day 2026 Arrangements — Municipal Committee Hafizabad

Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites e-bids from eligible, well reputed and financially sound firms/contractors/company (registered with relevant departments and e-Procurement) for procurement of services for the Current Financial Year (Budget 2026-2027), District Hafizabad.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms/contractors must be registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA where applicable), registered on e-Procurement of Punjab, and comply with other applicable registrations. Bidders must submit an affidavit that they have not been blacklisted by PRA or currently involved in litigation.

Bid submission & documents: All procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) system. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents, terms & conditions, requirements and specifications can be downloaded from the PPRA/e-Procurement website before the closing date and time.

Bid security & performance guarantee: Bid security as shown above must be submitted (details on form of security given in bidding documents). The successful bidder under PPRA rules 2014 shall be bound to submit a Performance Guarantee / Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 5% of the estimated cost as per the rules.

Other important notes: Lowest rates shall be accepted through e-Procurement after approval from the competent authority. Late, incomplete, ambiguous or conditional bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per PPRA rules. All terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents and PPRA/Local Government (Works) Rules shall apply.
