Issuer: Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. Issue date: 2026-07-24. Single Stage Single Envelope e-bidding is invited on EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS with valid income tax and sales tax registration, Active Taxpayer status, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category. Some lots require a valid electrical license.
Submission and opening:
- e-Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-10 at 10:30 AM.
- e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad.
- Original bid security (CDR/Banker’s Cheque) in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management, Islamabad must reach the Assistant Director (Civil), Estate Office Management on or before 2026-08-10 up to 09:00 AM; manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
