Re-Tender Notice — Supply & Services for DHQ Hospital Astore (Aug–Oct 2026)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Astore invites sealed tenders from reputed government-registered firms/suppliers/contractors for procurement and supply of items/services for the financial year 2026–2027. Sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned before the category-specific closing date & time and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors/suppliers or their authorized representatives.

Key Terms & Conditions

• Sealed tenders must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Astore on or before the specified closing date & time for each category.
• Bid security (call deposit) in favor of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Astore from scheduled bank must be attached as per category requirements.
• Potential contractors must have a complete setup (general/store/stationery shop and medical store for L.P. of Medicine at Eidgah Astore where applicable).
• Separate tender must be submitted for each category, clearly mentioning the category name on the bid.
• Rates for items not included or covered after award will be determined according to prevailing market price at time of supply/delivery.
• All taxes are to be included in the bid price and borne by the firm/dealer/supplier/contractor.
• Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Experience certificate (relevant field) of 03 years must be attached with bidding documents.
• The Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Astore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA guidelines.
• Tenders are considered lot-wise; awarded firms will be bound to supply/provide goods/services during FY 2026–27.
• Complete bidding documents along with item lists and details may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on or before the closing dates mentioned above.
