IESCO Procurement: Outsourced Accounts Assistants (Non-Consultancy) — 101 Positions

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed e-bids from qualified registered firms to provide outsourced resources (Accounts Assistants) on need basis under a Non-Consultancy Services contract.

Key procurement information:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope / Competitive Bidding under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) principles as per Public Procurement Rules and IESCO instructions.

- Eligible bidders: Firms registered on e-PADS v2.0 and otherwise meeting the bidding document requirements for provision of Non-Consultancy Services.

- Bid submission: Electronic bids must be prepared and submitted through e-PADS v2.0.

- Bid security: A Bid Security (as specified in the bidding document) must accompany the bid. The Bid Security must remain valid for 180 days in favour of CEO IESCO with an additional 28 days beyond bid validity (total 210 days).

- Documents: Bidders must provide required documentary evidence (company registration and statutory documents such as NTN, applicable tax registrations, social security/EOBI documents, and other documents requested in the bidding documents) as part of their submission.

- Opening: E-bids will be opened online on the date and time indicated in the bidding documents for bidders who have registered on e-PADS v2.0.
