NADRA Tender: Rental Office Buildings for Registration Centers – Multan RHO (Tender No. NADRA/ACCN/2026-27/02)

Government of Pakistan – Ministry of Interior, National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Multan invites sealed bids/applications for rental office buildings to house NADRA Registration Centers at the sites listed below. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and bidders must submit completed proposals by the stated deadline.

Key requirements and instructions:

1. Offered building should preferably be located in an accessible area and in the general vicinity of the stated location; buildings in residential-only areas are not preferred.

2. Offered building should be on the ground floor, have an independent entrance and provide adequate space for parking.

3. All other technical and documentary requirements are detailed in the Tender Documents available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).

4. Bids/proposals must be duly completed in all respects and submitted by 11 August 2026 before 10:00 hours. If the bid opening date falls on a gazetted holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.

5. Technical bids/proposals will be opened on 11 August 2026 at 10:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

6. Bids/proposals must include all documents as specified in the Tender Documents.

7. Note: Bhong is a Union Council level locality; therefore offers with less than the stated minimum covered area may also be considered for this site.
