Submission & bid security: Sealed tenders must reach the procurement office by 10:30 AM on the stated receiving date; tenders will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Each tender must be accompanied by earnest money of 2% of the total quoted value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Late submissions will be rejected.
