Corrigendum: RSOQ for Privatization of FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO — Financial Statements Amendment

Issuer: Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Corrigendum / Addendum to the Request for Statement of Qualification (RSOQ) for the privatization of Batch-I DISCOs (FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO).

Reference: Expression of Interest (EOI) for privatization published in national and international newspapers on 19 May 2026 and available on the Privatisation Commission website.

Amendment summary (Financial Statements):

- Revised minimum requirement: Entities must submit at least three (3) years of audited financial statements, with the latest audited year not older than for the financial year ended June 30, 2025.

- Where an entity has a financial year ending after June 30, 2025 and audited financial statements for that year are not yet available, the entity may submit management accounts along with the three (3) audited financial statements and a letter from the auditor confirming that audited financial statements will be provided. Such outstanding audited financial statements must be submitted no later than 2026-10-31.

- Except for this amendment concerning financial statements, all other terms and conditions of the RSOQ remain unchanged.
