Open Tender Notice 33-36 & 38-39/2026 – Laboratory Equipment, Chemicals & Supplies (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOB Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for supply of laboratory equipment, chemicals and related items. Tenders will be received and opened in Islamabad as per the schedule below. Tender submission is on a Single Stage One Envelope basis.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Head Procurement by written request on company letterhead along with the prescribed bank draft/pay order for the tender fee made in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted.

- Tenders/quotations must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores against orders.

- Postal delays in delivery of tenders shall be the responsibility of the tenderer; late tenders will not be entertained. Tenders received after opening shall not be entertained.

- The validity of tenders must be 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting or overwriting shall be rejected forthwith.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through post/fax/email. The original bank draft must reach one day before the opening date. Last date of issuance of tender documents is one day before opening date.
