Open Tender Notice 46-51/2026 – Supplies for Islamabad (Opening 2026-08-18)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own office with telephone and fax facilities. Tender documents, terms and conditions, and detailed specifications can be obtained in writing from the office of the undersigned. Tender submission and opening details are listed below.

Important Instructions and Conditions:

- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- for each package.

- Earnest money: 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders must be accompanied by required earnest money. Tender documents will not be issued to firms whose account is blacklisted or who supply substandard items in the past.

- Tenders received after the specified time/date will not be entertained. The validity of the tenders must be at least 60 days from the date of opening.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage without assigning reason. Partial offers may be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
