Key terms & conditions (summary):
1. All offers must be submitted in PKR. The highest bidder will be decided on the collective value of each bid.
2. Any taxes and duties will be borne by the buyer. Quoted prices must be exclusive of all applicable taxes (including withholding tax and sales tax/VAT). Withholding will be applicable as per law; sales tax will be charged separately.
3. Bidders must inspect the vehicles before submitting offers; items are sold strictly on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.
4. The buyer is fully responsible for collection, handling, weighing, manpower, transportation, and all related costs. Payment must be made before lifting the vehicles and within 3 days of the collection call. SLB is not responsible for the vehicles once payment is made.
5. Only active GST-registered firms may participate; include tax certificate and CNIC/company registration with the bid.
6. SLB reserves the right to cancel the tender or reject any offer at any time without assigning a reason. Collection will be carried out as per SLB's directions.
