Purpose: Invitation to reputable manufacturers and stockists to submit sealed tenders on FOB, Islamabad basis for listed laboratory items. Tender documents are available on request; detailed specifications and terms available from the issuing office.

Key submission & bid conditions:

• Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per tender as listed.
• Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) by bank draft in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.
• Submission method: Sealed single-stage, single-envelope tenders. Original bank draft must reach the office one day before opening date. Tender documents may be requested and dispatched on receipt of request and draft via fax/email.
• Tender validity: 60 days from tender opening date. Late or incomplete tenders will not be entertained. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply ordered stores.
