Open Tender Notice 33-36 & 38-39/2026 — Procurement (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on F.O.R. Islamabad basis for the following items. Tender fee, receiving/opening schedule and bid basis are given below. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions and tender documents can be obtained from the issuing office on firm letterhead against the required bank draft/pay order.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per package (bank draft/pay order only). Cash will not be accepted.

- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) must accompany the tender in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will be issued on receipt of a written request on firm letterhead and the prescribed bank draft/pay order.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores against orders.

- Envelopes must be clearly super-scribed with the tender number and title. Late tenders will not be entertained.

- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- Tender documents can be dispatched on request against receipt of the tender fee bank draft; the original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening.
