Municipal Committee Ferozewala invites single-stage, single-envelope (SSOE) percentage/item-rate bids on ePADS for multiple annual framework contracts and repair/maintenance works. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and ePADS from the date of publication until 2026-08-12. Bids must be submitted electronically on ePADS; manual bids will not be accepted.
Key submission and opening details
- Bid submission on ePADS by 2026-08-12. Documents must be submitted on ePADS on the date of publication (closing date) by 10:30 a.m. Manual submission is not acceptable.
- All bids received will be opened on ePADS on the same date at 11:00 a.m. in the office of the Municipal Committee Ferozewala.
- Bidders/contractors must also submit original CDR (earnest money) along with their application in the office of Municipal Officer (I&S) at least half an hour before opening of the tender.
General conditions
- Only bids submitted through the ePADS electronic system will be considered; no telephonic or conditional tenders will be entertained.
- Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules. PPRA rules will be strictly applied; violations may result in rejection and/or blacklisting.
- Submission of any fake information or documents (e.g., forged CDR/pay order) will disqualify the contractor and may result in further action and blacklisting.
- When the acceptance letter is issued, the successful contractor must execute the agreement on stamp paper and furnish required performance security within fourteen days, else bid security will be forfeited and re-tendering may follow.
- Payment for generator fuel will be made according to actual usage at government rates.
