Open Tender Notice 33-39/2026 — Procurement of Equipment, Spares & Chemicals (Islamabad)

Open competitive tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on F.O.R. Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for the items listed below. Tender fee for each package is Rs. 2,000. Tender documents are issued on request and are subject to the terms and conditions stated by the procuring office.

Important submission and eligibility instructions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications/terms & conditions can be obtained from the undersigned upon a written request on firm’s letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender fee is non-refundable and tender in CASH will not be accepted.

- Bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Late or postal-delayed tenders shall not be entertained. Tenders received after opening shall not be entertained.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against orders in the past. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage/time without assigning reasons.

- The original bank draft must be received in the office ONE DAY before the opening date. Tender documents may be dispatched/received against receipt of request and bank draft through fax/email as per office procedure.
