Punjab Education Foundation Tender: Hiring of Air Travel Agency for FY 2026-27

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids from firms/companies/sole proprietors or general order suppliers engaged in air ticketing and registered with relevant tax and registration authorities for hiring an air travel agency for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System.

Key details:

- Bidding documents, detailed eligibility criteria, special terms, and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System and PEF website after publication.

- Bid security of 2% of the estimated price (as required) must be submitted in the prescribed form and uploaded on the e-Procurement system.

- Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates.

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. Scanned copies of bid securities are to be uploaded on the eP system as instructed in the bidding document.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-11 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-11 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- All bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the last date for submission. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. PEF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.

- Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
