Punjab Ring Road Authority Tender: Hiring Law Firms (Lahore, Sialkot, Rawalpindi) — Bid Deadline 2026-08-06

Issuer: Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA). PRRA invites lot-wise sealed bids from reputable law firms/individuals/companies registered with the Bar Council and with valid tax registrations for Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA purposes. Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and selection will follow Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under PPRA Rules-2014.

Documents (RFP) are available immediately and can be downloaded from PPRA and the E-Procurement portal. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online via E-Procurement (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). Original Bid Security instrument and affidavit must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and name to the office of Punjab Ring Road Authority, Lahore, on or before the bid submission deadline. Technical bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (form of CDR/Demand).

• Bid opening: 2026-08-06 at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders or authorized representatives).

Other important information: Each Lot must be bid separately with a separate application submitted through the EP Punjab portal. Lots will be evaluated independently and separate merit lists will be prepared. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading on the E-Procurement portal. PRRA may reject all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
