Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council, Gujranwala. Purpose: Electronic tenders are invited for implementation of budgeted civil works (roads, drains, PCC streets, boundary walls, nallahs, rehabilitation works) under FY 2026-27. Only contractors prequalified and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes for FY 2026-27 may participate. Tender documents and bid submission must be completed via the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS).
Submission & opening: Tender documents must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System dashboard by 2026-08-12 14:00 hours. Bids will be opened (online/physically) in the Hall of District Council, Gujranwala on 2026-08-12 at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bidders must follow PPRA rules and E-PADS regulations; full tender conditions and bid security requirements are available on the procurement portal.
