The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of BOP Branches

Purpose: Invitation of technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process for hiring contractors to carry out renovation work at selected BOP branches.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bid documents are immediately available and may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website after publication.
• Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Deadline for submission: 2026-08-04 at 11:00 (AM).
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-04 at 11:30 (AM) by a committee in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted (1Link / Bank Guarantee options) digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required with the bids.
• Tender notice is also uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and The Bank of Punjab website (www.bop.com.pk).
• Customers can file complaints via SBP’s 'Sunwai' service at https://sunswai.sbp.org.pk.
