Ignite — National Technology Fund (Ministry of IT & Telecom) invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the provision of non-consultancy services under Fund reference P57167: "Provision of Services for Design, Deployment, Operations, and Maintenance of Sovereign National AI Infrastructure and the National AI Innovation Hub (NAIIH)". The procurement will use the Two-Stage Two-Envelope procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) as per Public Procurement Rules/Instructions.
