Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-owned enterprise).

Purpose: Invitation of sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) for grant of lease rights on various Pakistan Railways land parcels for mixed-use commercial development (shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, 3S dealerships, retail and food outlets).

Key terms:

• Lease period: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).
• Annual increase in rent: 8% compound.
• Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession.
• Building construction: 24 months or as per local construction by-laws.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also available via Zoom).
• Bid submission deadline: On or before 2026-08-11 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
• Technical bid opening: 2026-08-11 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
