Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications on a contract basis for the PSDP project “National Semi Conductor HR Development Program – Phase I.” Two management-level positions (PPS-08) are being recruited at PSEB Islamabad.

Foreign degrees require valid HEC equivalence. Candidates with 18 years (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred. | Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech integration or Quality Assurance in Higher/Technical Education considered an advantage. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs — preferably in technology/engineering/technical education sectors. |
| Manager Procurement | PPS-08 | 50 years (max.) | Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years) in Management Sciences/Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign degrees require valid HEC equivalence. Preference to candidates with 18 years (Master’s/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Public Sector Management. | Certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules are advantageous. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles for multi-sector or technology-driven projects. Proven experience managing PSDP/donor-funded projects, procurement of goods/services, and complex vendor ecosystems; experience in semi-government/autonomous organizations and compliance with PPRA rules. |
