Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites applications on a contract basis for two managerial positions under the PSDP Project “National Semi Conductor HR Development Program - Phase 1”. Appointments are on a contract basis; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Government or semi-government employees must apply through proper channel. Degrees from foreign institutions must be accompanied by a valid HEC equivalence certificate.

| Manager – Procurement | PPS-08 | 50 years (Max.) | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in Management Sciences / Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for candidates with advanced degrees (Master’s/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Public Sector Management. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles of multi-sector or technical projects. Proven experience managing PSDP/ADP/donor-funded or government procurements, dealing with complex vendor ecosystems. Certifications such as CIPS, PMP or training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules are advantageous. |
