Tender: Construction of Substation at Taxila (Tender Notice No. 20/2026)

A Public Sector Organization (Manager (CMD)) invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared Civil Works Contractors for construction of a substation at Taxila.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Contract completion period: 08 months.
- Tender documents available during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs), Monday to Friday, from the office below against a fee of Rs. 3,500. Issuance of tender documents will close one day prior to the bid opening date.
- Fixed bid security: Rs. 0.3 million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. If submitting a Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry of at least 6 months from the date of bid opening and must be in favor of "Director Finance Works." Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the work name clearly marked.
- Two copies of the BQ shall be submitted by the bidder (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed and stamped.
- Rates to be quoted in figures and words. The competent authority may accept or reject any/all bids prior to acceptance. Late or incomplete proposals shall be treated as non-responsive.
