IESCO Tender No.61 (2026-27) – Repair of 200 kVA Distribution Transformers

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed tenders for the year 2026-27 from firms/manufacturers registered with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NTDC (formerly NTDC) and FBR for repair of damaged distribution transformers on an "as is where is" and free-delivery basis to IESCO regional stores.

Submission & Opening: Tenders will be received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-08-17 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key Conditions: Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage One Envelope" basis. Prices must remain valid for 120 days (one hundred & twenty) from the date of opening. Each tender must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad. Tender documents/forms are available on payment (tender form cost PKR 3,000) and can be obtained from IESCO during working hours. IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid prior to acceptance.

Material/Specification: Material shall conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications (as mentioned in tender documentation).
