Punjab Education Foundation Tender: Framework Procurement for Printing Material, Shields & Souvenirs (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). Procurement type: Framework contract for printing material, shields, souvenirs, printing of newsletter and annual report for FY 2026-27 (ITB No. PEF/PROC/COMMI/2026-27/05). Procurement will follow Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System.

Eligible bidders: Proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, VAT & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) and on the Active Tax Payers lists. Key instructions and conditions:

• Bidding document will be available for download on the Punjab e-Procurement system, PPRA and PEF websites after publication of the notice.
• Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. Physical bids are not acceptable.
• Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price for each lot is mandatory as specified above.
• Bid validity: minimum 120 days from the last date for submission.
• Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at 02:30 PM in the Conference Hall of PEF at the address below on the bid submission date. (Exact submission/opening date and time available on the e-Procurement portal and bidding document.)
