Tender: Outsourcing of Security Services – Lahore College for Women University (Ref: LCWU/Tender/2026-27/04)

Key requirements and instructions:

- Eligible bidders: firms/companies/sole proprietors registered in provision of security/general services with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax).

- Procurement method: E-procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) via Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Bidders must register and submit bids online at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

- Bid security: 4% of the estimated bid value must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper and attach required bid documents on the e-procurement portal. Procuring agency reserves the right to require originals for physical verification if necessary.

- Bidders must comply with minimum wage as notified by Labour & Human Resource Department and must include applicable taxes (FBR/PRAs/GST) and statutory contributions (PESSI, EOBI) when preparing financial bids.

- Bid validity: 180 days.
