The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Headquarters Islamabad, invites e-bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS for the provision of durable goods for NAVTTC. Procurement will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS)/Technical method as applicable.
