Invitation of Bids (SSTE) — B&R Division C&WD Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan

Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, Communication & Works Department (C&WD), Ghizer, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan. Single-stage two-envelope (SSTE) sealed tenders are invited from firms/contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category/code (valid up to 2026-08-31).

Key submission and eligibility requirements: written application with PEC valid registration (up to 2026-08-31), renewal fee receipt for 2026-27, CNIC, No Litigation Certificate, and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank (amounts shown below). Bidding documents (non-refundable) can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Ghizer. All bids (technical & financial) must be submitted with bid security as specified and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after the stated closing time on the same date. Bids must be submitted to/visited at the Superintending Engineer Circle Office C&WD Ghizer or as noted for closing.

Additional notes: Bidding documents are non-refundable. All bids must be valid and accompanied by the required bid security in favor of Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Ghizer. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposals under GB PPRA Rules 2022.
