Punjab Horticulture Authority (Faisalabad) Invites Proposals for Commercial Kiosks, Cafés and Indoor Outlets in Public Parks (RFP)

Issuer: Punjab Horticulture Authority (HAF), Faisalabad. Purpose: Public invitation for proposals (RFP) for sponsorship, establishment and operation of commercial facilities in public parks, including kiosks, coffee shops/cafés and indoor retail outlets.

Eligible parties: Traders, firms or contractors with relevant experience and capability to operate commercial/food & beverage outlets in park settings. Applicants must submit required documentation and proposals per the submission requirements listed by HAF.

Key participation categories:

Submission requirements (summary): valid application/proposal, applicant identification (CNIC/registration), company profile/business experience, evidence of financial capability, concept/plan for the proposed outlet, and other supporting documents as specified in the RFP package. Proposals will be evaluated on documented experience, quality of concept/proposal and the offered commercial terms.

How to apply: The RFP document and bidding instructions can be accessed via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and proposals must be submitted as directed in the RFP.

Deadline and opening: Proposals must be submitted by 2026-08-04 at 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM.

Location for correspondence and submission: Office of the Director, Horticulture Authority Faisalabad (HAF), Faisalabad. The notice is issued by the Director (C & M), HAF, Faisalabad.
