Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad invites sealed applications from FBR-registered automotive workshops for pre-qualification to provide repair, maintenance and spare parts sourcing for official vehicles under a 3-year Framework Agreement (Rule 16(A) of PPRA Rules 2004) for fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28 & 2028-29.

Purpose / Scope Pre-qualification for repair, maintenance and spare parts supply for official vehicles (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, etc. and Motorcycles). Scope includes engine repair/overhaul, denting/painting, electrical work, wheel alignment/balancing, tyre purchase, alarms and other spare parts.
Eligibility & Key Requirements
  • FBR-registered workshop with valid NTN/STRN.
  • Relevant past experience and capability in repair/maintenance, engine overhaul, denting/painting, software/electronic technology for vehicles.
  • Sufficient workshop equipment, plant, and experienced staff; available parking/inspection and wheel balancing/alignment access.
  • GST/NTN registration and valid registration documents.
  • Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming workshop is not blacklisted.
  • Workshop on the panel must be able to carry out requisite work immediately and return old parts when replaced with new ones.
Bid Security Pay order/call deposit of PKR 300,000 in the name of Assistant Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad.
Physical Inspection Technical committee will conduct a physical visit of all workshops before prequalification.
Submission & Opening Sealed tenders on firm letterhead must be submitted by hand to the Deputy Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad. Submission deadline: 12:00 PM on 2026-08-05. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on 2026-08-05.
Notes Collectorate reserves the right to cancel the tender under PPRA Rules. Bids without required pay order or documentation will not be accepted.
