How to apply / Important submission details:
- Tender documents are available and must be downloaded from the PPRA ePADS 2.0 portal. Firms will download documents from ePADS 2.0 only.
- Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be used. Tenders will be evaluated on quality and cost as applicable.
- A fixed bid security is required in original as per the tender document; bids not accompanied by required documents will be rejected.
- Only firms/contractors registered on PPRA ePADS 2.0 are eligible to submit bids. Firms must also meet applicable tax and registration requirements.
- Deadline for online submission through ePADS 2.0: 2026-08-04 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-04 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Conference Room, Regional Directorate ANF (North), Aiza Colony / Shaheen Chowk area, Islamabad.
