Key submission & bid conditions:
- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per package. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted; obtain details from the procurement office.
- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in the form of bank draft/pay order in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad.
- Tender validity: tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.
- Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Issuance/receipt of tender documents will close one day before the opening date.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per its rules.
