Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for senior leadership roles to support Pakistan's IT and technology export ecosystem. Candidates with strong sector experience, appropriate qualifications and leadership in technology park development, business development, or large-scale infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Key Experience / Requirements
Chief Business Development Officer	56 years (max)	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Management / Economics / Business Administration / Public Policy / Finance / Marketing or related (HEC-recognized)	Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, or public–private partnerships Proven track record developing and executing B2B, G2B and G2G initiatives and opening new markets or attracting international clientele Project or program management experience, stakeholder coordination and regulatory facilitation desirable Leadership/decision-making experience (ideally ~3 years) in technology-focused or export-oriented organisations
Director Infrastructure	56 years (max)	Minimum 16 years of education: degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or related engineering discipline (HEC-recognized). Higher qualifications in Engineering Management or Project Management and professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous. PEC registration preferred.	Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains Experience in planning, construction and operations of large-scale buildings, tech parks, commercial towers, MEP systems, HVAC, fire & life safety, BMS and vendor/contractor management Project/program management with multi-stakeholder engagement and regulatory approvals Familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure and connectivity operations desirable; prior international tech-park development experience is an advantage
