PHE Division Hangu — Annual Maintenance & Repair Tenders (EPADS)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Hangu, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the EPADS system from government contractors/firms registered with PEC, KPRA/FBR and enlisted with the KP Central Enlistment Committee for annual maintenance and repair works for Hangu and Thal subdivisions.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidding will follow KP-PPRA Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via EPADS. Bidders must be registered with PEC (active status) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and FBR, and be enlisted with the KP Central Enlistment Committee. Required PEC codes: CE-09 for civil works; EE-04, EE-05, EE-11 and ME-07 for electrical/mechanical and solar works. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost, issued by a scheduled bank, must accompany the bid. Additional bid security is required if a bidder quotes rates more than 10% below the engineer's estimate, in accordance with Rule 20(2) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. Bidding documents / BOQ must also reach the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Hangu, through registered courier on or before 2026-08-11 up to 1200 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 hours.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules.
