Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication. PSEB seeks highly capable professionals for senior leadership posts to drive export growth and digital services.

Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Management/Economics/Business Administration/Public Policy/Finance/Marketing or related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public–private partnerships or related areas. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing B2B, G2B and G2G international partnerships, opening new markets or attracting international clientele. Project or program management experience involving stakeholder coordination, regulatory facilitation, or ecosystem development is desirable. Leadership or decision-making experience supported by ~3 years in a technology-focused, export-oriented, public-sector or comparable organization is preferred. |
| Director Infrastructure | 56 years (Max.) |
Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Architectural Engineering/Architecture or a related engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university. Higher qualifications in Engineering Management or Project Management and professional certifications such as PMP are advantageous; PEC registration preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations, or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large-scale building complexes, IT parks, commercial towers, or similar facilities is desirable. Experience in strategic planning and management of high-value civil engineering or infrastructure projects, stakeholder coordination, regulatory approvals, and multi-stakeholder engagement is desirable. Familiarity with ICT/network infrastructure, connectivity operations, and international technology park development or research facilities will be highly desirable. |
